How These Terms Take Effect
A contract is formed between you and SlimVpsThis document is the User Service Agreement. "You" refers to the account holder or actual user.
You are deemed to have read and agreed to this agreement if you:
- Click "Agree", "Confirm", or similar controls during registration, login, or checkout;
- Access the website, console, or API in any way;
- Complete the account creation process.
If you do not accept any term, please stop using the service immediately.Users under 18 may not register or use the service.
What We Provide
Remote compute power on Apple Silicon hardware such as Mac Mini M4Typical capabilities include (subject to actual availability):
- Dedicated physical machine rental by duration (daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly)
- SSH command-line access
- VNC graphical desktop
- Public internet connection and bandwidth quota
- Basic technical support
We may modify, add, or remove features without prior notice. The platform's current delivery is what applies, and we have no obligation to compensate for changes in form.
Account & Credentials
Accurate info, one account per user, protect your passwordRegistration Information
You must provide accurate, complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for consequences of false information. Each user may hold only one primary account.
Security Responsibility
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and session. All actions on your account are treated as your own. Report unauthorized access via a ticket as soon as possible — we cannot retroactively take responsibility for actions that occurred before the report.
Transfer Restrictions
You may not sell, lend, or sublease your account or any rights therein without written consent. Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
Acceptable Use
Resources may only be used for lawful purposes in compliance with applicable lawsThe following activities may result in immediate termination without refund:
- Violating any applicable law or regulation
- Network attacks, DDoS, scanning, or intrusion of third-party systems
- Sending spam or phishing content
- Distributing malware, viruses, ransomware, or similar
- Unauthorized cryptocurrency mining
- Operating proxies, VPNs, or large-scale traffic relays without written permission
- Infringing on third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
- Damaging platform infrastructure, network stability, or other users' interests
- Attempting to bypass security or technical restrictions
Pricing & Renewal
USD prepayment, controllable auto-renewal, price changes don't apply to current cyclePrepayment & Cycles
Fees are priced in USD and paid in advance before service begins. Once a cycle (daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly) is confirmed, it cannot be shortened. Payments are non-refundable.
Auto-Renewal
If you do not disable auto-renewal in the console before the current cycle ends, the system will automatically charge and renew for the same cycle.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust pricing. Prices for already-purchased cycles remain unchanged; new prices take effect from the next cycle.
Taxes
Displayed prices exclude applicable taxes. You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from your use of the service.
Operations & Maintenance
We aim to meet monthly network uptime targets; maintenance windows are communicated separatelyAvailability
Our target monthly network availability is99.0%(excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure). This is a best-effort target, not a legally binding SLA.
Maintenance
Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice. Planned downtime is excluded from SLA calculations.
Fair Use
Instances have defined CPU, memory, disk, and bandwidth specs. If your traffic or behavior unreasonably affects the shared network or other tenants, we may limit or suspend resources without prior notice.
Backups & Retention
The platform does not automatically back up your data; data is wiped on expiryBackup is entirely your responsibility.We are not liable for data loss or unrecoverability for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Hardware failure or accidental damage
- Deletion after service termination or account suspension
- User error or software defects
- Natural disasters or force majeure
After subscription expiry or contract end, instance data will be permanently wiped within72 hours. Please migrate important data in advance.
Content & Brand
UI and code belong to the platform; your uploaded content remains yoursThe website, logos, copy, components, software, and API documentation are SlimVps assets protected by intellectual property law. They may not be copied, derived, or redistributed without permission.
Data stored in your instance remains your property. To provide hosting and transmission, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it during the service period.
You agree that we may use anonymized, aggregated operational metrics for performance optimization and R&D.
Warranty Scope
Implied warranties excluded to the extent permitted by lawUnless required by mandatory law, we make no implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We are not liable for:
- Outages caused by backbone network or carrier failures
- Natural disasters, war, government actions, pandemics, or other force majeure
- Failures in third-party services such as payment processors or upstream bandwidth providers
- Hacking or malicious third-party actions
- Damage or loss caused by user error
- Third-party claims arising from content you host
- Downtime required by court order or regulatory authority
Liability Cap
Cumulative liability capped at recent actual service fees paidFor all claims related to this agreement or the service, SlimVps's total cumulative liability shall not exceed the total service fees you actually paid to us inthe most recent calendar monthprior to the dispute.
The following types of damages are excluded, even if we have been advised of their possibility:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, business opportunities, goodwill, or commercial value of data
- Losses due to business interruption
If applicable law in a jurisdiction prohibits such limitations, this clause applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Suspension & Termination
You may cancel renewal; we may terminate immediately under certain conditionsVoluntary Exit
Simply disable auto-renewal in the console at any time. Service stops after the current cycle ends, with no refund for already-paid fees.
Platform Termination
We may immediately suspend or permanently terminate without prior notice and without refund if:
- You violate the prohibited activities list in Section 4
- Your bill is overdue for more than 72 hours
- Suspected fraud or use for illegal purposes
- Required by law enforcement or regulatory compliance
- Your conduct seriously harms the platform or other users
Data Deletion
After service ends, we will delete instance data associated with the account within72 hours. This action is irreversible.
Agreement Updates
The online version prevails; continued use constitutes acceptanceWe may revise this agreement from time to time. Updates take effect when published on this page with an updated date at the top.Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revision.If you disagree, please stop using the service before the update takes effect. Paid cycles not yet expired are primarily governed by the pre-revision text.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Disputes should first be raised via a support ticket. We will provide an initial response within approximately5 business days.
Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of law rules). If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent People's Court in the jurisdiction of our operating entity.
Severability
If any provision is found invalid, it shall be adjusted to the minimum extent necessary, with all remaining provisions continuing in full force.
