Fully automated — initialization typically completes within1–5 minutesof payment confirmation. You'll receive an email notification and console alert with your login credentials. If not provisioned within 10 minutes, please contact support.
How do I power on, shut down, or restart my device?
On the order detail page in the console, the top action bar provides "Power On」「Shut Down」「Restart" buttons. Click to remotely control your device's power state — results update in real time.
How do I view my device specs?
Log into the console and open your order detail page. The "Device Info" section shows full hardware specs: model (Mac Mini M4), CPU cores (10), memory (16 GB), storage (256 GB NVMe SSD), bandwidth (1 Gbps dedicated), and public IPv4.
Remote Access
Browser VNC, SSH, and third-party remote toolsHow do I connect via VNC remote desktop?
Log into theconsole, find your order, and click the "VNC" button. A browser-based VNC client will open on the current page —no software to install. Your macOS desktop will appear instantly.
Tip:On first connection, you'll be prompted for a VNC password. Find it in the "Access Credentials" section of the order detail page.
How do I connect via SSH?
In the "Access Credentials" section of your order detail page, copy the full SSH command. Format:
ssh admin@<your-ip> -p <port>
Paste and run in macOS/Linux Terminal or Windows PowerShell. The password is also in Access Credentials.
Can I use third-party remote desktop software?
Yes. You have full macOS admin access, so you can install Apple Remote Desktop, TeamViewer, Tailscale, or any remote tool. You can also enable macOS native Screen Sharing.
Hardware & Network
Device type, bandwidth, nodes, and optional link servicesIs the device a dedicated physical machine or a VM?
Dedicated physical machine, not virtualized. Each user gets a real Mac Mini M4 with exclusive CPU, memory, and storage — no resource contention, 100% performance.
Is the bandwidth and IP address dedicated?
Yes. Each device getsits own public IPv4 with a dedicated1 Gbps network port — no shared bandwidth. Optional Thunderbolt 5 parallel link (80 Gbps) is available for multi-machine clusters.
What is the "Thunderbolt 5 Parallel Link" service?
A premium interconnect service from SlimVps using Thunderbolt 5's80 Gbps bandwidth to physically link multiple Mac Minis into a high-performance cluster. Ideal for iOS build farms, render clusters, or distributed AI inference. Available as an add-on at checkout.
What's the difference between nodes?
All nodes have identical hardware specs and pricing. The difference is geographic location:
- Singapore: Southeast Asia low-latency, ideal for Asia-Pacific markets
- Japan: Premium East Asia node, stable and low-latency
- Korea: Suited for Korean and nearby markets
- Hong Kong: Accessible from mainland China
- United Kingdom: European market coverage
- US West: North America West Coast low-latency
All nodes are Tier 3+ data centers with dedicated IPv4 and 1 Gbps bandwidth.

Four rental cycles are available:

How do I check my order status and expiry date?
Log into theconsoleafter logging in, the left sidebar lists all orders with their current status (Running / Expired / Pending Payment). Click any order to view the expiry date, days remaining, and full transaction history.
Will my subscription auto-renew after expiry?
Weekly/monthly/quarterly subscriptions haveauto-renewal enabled by default. A reminder email is sent before expiry. You can cancel auto-renewal anytime in the console — service continues until the end of the current cycle without interruption. Daily rentals are one-time payments and do not auto-renew.
What payment methods are supported?
We currently acceptVisa、Mastercard、American Expressand other credit cards, plus all payment methods supported by Stripe. Payments are processed by Stripe with 256-bit TLS encryption — no card numbers are stored.
Account & Security
Registration, passwords, and multi-device managementHow do I create an account?
Click"Login / Sign Up"in the top-right corner. Enter your email — the system automatically detects whether to register or log in. New users complete registration by entering an email verification code and password. The whole process takes about 1 minute.
What if I forget my password?
Click"Login", enter your email, then click the "Forgot password?" link. Reset your password using the email verification code.
Can one account manage multiple devices?
Yes. A single account can order and managemultipleMac Mini devices. All orders are listed in the left sidebar of the console for easy management.

- Ticket system (recommended): Log into console → Click "Technical Support" → Describe your issue. We reply within2–24 hours
- Email: Send tosupport@slimvps.com — include your account email and order number for faster resolution
What should I do if my device is unresponsive?
Try these steps in order:
- Click "Restart" in the console, wait 2–3 minutes, then retry
- If still unreachable after restart, try "Shut Down" → wait 30 seconds → "Power On」
- Check your network and confirm you can reach the node IP
- If none of the above work, submit a ticket with your order number — we'll prioritize it
